1999 Pontiac Firebird

The 1999 Firebird is available in five models- Coupe, Convertible, Formula, Trans Am and Trans Am Convertible. New for 1999, an increased fuel tank capacity of 16.8 gallons and the standard oil monitor system which determines when the oil change is required. Two new exterior colors are added this year, Pewter and Medium Blue. The limited slip differential is included on V8 and V6 engine with 3800 Performance Package. The six-speed transmission is now available with Hurst Shifter. The Ram Air WS6 package is now equipped with dual exhaust outlet.
